Duoza is operated by Lodos Dijital Teknolojiler ve Yazılım Limited Şirketi (“Lodos”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in İstanbul, Türkiye. By creating a Duoza account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Duoza.
Duoza is a relationship-support app. You share lightweight signals about how you’re doing, and Duoza turns them into gentle, timely suggestions for your partner.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Duoza.
You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Keep your details accurate, and let us know promptly if you think someone else is using your account.
Some features work by linking your account with a partner who accepts your invite. Your partner receives suggestions based on your signals — never your raw entries — and only for the categories you’ve chosen to share. You can end the connection at any time in the app.
Duoza offers paid subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices and plans may change, and we’ll show current pricing before you buy. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable and refunds are handled by the app store.
Use Duoza only for its intended personal purpose. Don’t misuse it, interfere with it, try to access it in unauthorised ways, or use it to harass or harm anyone.
You keep ownership of the information you put into Duoza. You give us permission to store and process it as needed to operate the service, including generating suggestions and AI features, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Some features use automated and AI systems to generate summaries, briefs, and suggestions. These can be wrong or incomplete — treat them as prompts, not facts or advice.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use Duoza after changes take effect means you accept them.
To the extent permitted by law, Duoza is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that suggestions will suit your situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duoza and its team won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the app.
You can stop using Duoza and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or misuse the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The İstanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices (İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri) shall have jurisdiction over disputes. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory legal protection you have as a consumer in your country of residence — for example, if you are a consumer in Türkiye, you may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) or Consumer Courts.
